Fort Lauderdale, FL - December 31, 2005 –- Jim Elliott was named 2005 Broker of the Year by ARDELL. The award is given annually to the highest producer in the Florida and California offices. For long time ARDELL veteran, Jim Elliott it was his 11th Award in the last 14 years and his ninth with former winners Gage Powell and Wallace Donker.
